Returns and Exchanges

If you have received your order and it is not what you require there is no need to feel disappointed as you can return it back to us within 30 days for an exchange or refund.
Goods are subject to availability so unfortunately we are not always able to offer an exchange. To speed up the process of replacement for damaged items we require a photograph to be sent to this will allow us to get the correct replacement organized. We do try our best to get back to you as soon as possible but please allow a maximum of 48hrs for a response (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Shower Enclosures Directs' commitment to great customer service guarantees a 30 day money back policy. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with our product then you can return them back for a refund.

Please notify a member of the Shower Enclosures Direct team within 30 days of receiving your order regarding your return. Upon return of your good(s) our warehouse team will inspect your item and authorize it to be placed back into stock. Refunds may take up to 4 working days to be complete upon return of your item.

We offer a 30 day returns policy on all orders, we understand that converting any room in a home may present hidden challenges and your design ideas will change further down the line. We offer a hassle free 30 day returns policy on all of our products to ease any stresses that you may have with changes in your bathroom renovation.


1: No longer want or ordered incorrectly:

If you no longer require the item(s) purchased we do ask that you report this to our customer service department within 14 days of receiving your order. Please return your order in a fit for re-sale condition; we require all goods to be returned direct to our warehouses in original packaging and in an unused condition in order for us to process your refund. Please allow up to 4 working days upon receipt back to us for our refund department to issue a refund. Unfortunately, we no longer collect or refund delivery charges for unwanted orders, we suggest you use to return your item(s). This website will allow you to enter in your details and compare couriers and prices allowing you to choose the best service for your needs. Please take care of obtaining proof of postage or insurance on the item(s) returned, if your parcel gets lost or damaged in transit back to us we will be unable to refund you.

2: Damaged Items

If your item(s) have arrived damaged please report within 48hrs to our offices, we ask all of our customers to check items for damages upon receipt and sign for as damaged if there is visible damage to the item(s). We allow up to 7 days to report damages, as we believe this to be an acceptable amount of time for a complete check of your goods. Failure to report within this allotted time may result in us being unable to process a claim and take any further action; we may take further action at our own discretion in some cases.

3: Guarantee

At Shower Enclosures Direct we sell the best quality bathroom products on the market, if your item has a manufacturing defect please let us know directly. Some manufactures guarantee will only remain valid if you fill out the paperwork guarantee and send it direct to the manufactures; failure to do so can sometimes invalidate your guarantee. If you have received a product that you have purchased from shower enclosures direct that you believe to be a faulty then please report within 7 days of receipt (if defects are recognisable prior to fitting).

Please note goods cannot be returned and will not be refunded if:

  • Used /Unsalable
  • Damaged as a result of misuse or incorrect fitting
  • Previously fitted
  • Have an odour i.e. smoke or mould
  • Original packaging damaged or insufficiently packaged for return; may incur repackaging charge at our own discretion.


Please do not book your installer before you are in receipt of item(s) and have checked to ensure there is not damage, Shower Enclosures Direct will not be liable for any delays in works. We try our best to ensure that your item(s) arrive safely and on schedule but please understand that deliveries can go wrong and we cannot guarantee safe delivery at all times, you may experience a later delivery time then planned and/ or damage to your item(s) due to transport. Failed deliveries are very uncommon and we have a 99% successful delivery rate.
